What We Believe
The Bible Is The Inspired Word Of God 2Timoth 3:16
We believe the Bible consists of the Tenach (the Torah, the Prophets and the Writings) and the New Covenant (New Testament).
We believe the Bible is the only infallible, inerrant, and authoritative word of God. We recognize its divine inspiration and accept its teachings as our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

We believe God is a Triunity, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe God the Father is the High King of Heaven. He is eternal. He is Spirit.
Yeshua is a bodily person.
We believe Messiah Yeshua is manifested as the eternal Son of God. He is equal to God the Father in nature because he is God. Yeshua said, “I and my father are one.” St John 10:30 “Yeshua saith unto him, have been so long time with you, yet hast thou not known me, Philip? He that seen me hath seen the Father; how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?” St. John 14:9.
He is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died an atoning death, and was buried and resurrected.
Yeshua ascended to Heaven and will return for the dead bodies of the believers that are alive in spirit form with Yeshua currently in the third Heaven Thessalonians 4:16-17. in power and glory to Earth to fulfill the prophesied purposes concerning His kingdom.
We believe God the Holy Spirit is a person. He was active in the creation of the universe. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment; He regenerates, sanctifies, immerses, indwells, seals, empowers, illumines, guides, teaches and gives gifts to Christians and Messianic Jews.
Salvation- Roman 10:9-13
We believe human beings were created in the image of God but through disobedience became alienated from God. Human beings are born with a sin nature.
When we have faith in Messiah Yeshua, we receive a new nature. We believe that Yeshua died for our sins and that all who believe in Him are reconciled to God – not by any of their own efforts but by Messiah’s righteousness and atoning blood.
We believe that personal faith in Yeshua is the only way of salvation.
Resurrection and Judgment Revelation 20:12-15
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the righteous and the wicked. The righteous will experience everlasting life and the wicked will experience the second death in Hell.
(Israel)
We believe in the physical and spiritual restoration of Israel and that the re-establishment of the state of Israel is the fulfillment of prophecy. We believe God’s calling for Israel is irrevocable.
We reject “Replacement Theology.” We believe Jewish people who have faith in Messiah Yeshua continue to be Jewish and Gentiles who follow Yeshua are “grafted in” and are united to the faithful remnant of Israel.
What is messianic Judaism and Hebrewism?
It is when the twelve tribes of Israel believe that Yeshua is the resurrected Messiah.
Jewish New Testament-Matthew 1:2121 21 “She will give birth to a son, and you are to name him Yeshua, because he will save his people from their sins.”

Yeshua’s Prayer Temple Congregation Course Of Action: Living the Ministry of Yeshua
Objective:
To equip congregation members to model their lives and ministry after Yeshua by actively engaging in His teachings, acts of love, healing, service, and discipleship.
Course Of Action the Structure
1. Introduction: True Repentance & Godly Conversion: Understanding the Ministry of Yeshua:
- Overview of Yeshua’s mission and purpose.
- Key principles: love, humility, compassion, truth, and servanthood.
- Scriptural foundation: Matthew 28:18-20, Luke 4:18-19, John 13:34-35.
2. Loving Like Yeshua
- Exploring Yeshua’s command to love one another (John 15:12).
- Practical ways to demonstrate love in the community.
- Action Step: Engage in random acts of kindness.
3. Teaching the Word
- Yeshua as a teacher: Parables and life lessons.
- Preparing to share the Gospel in simple, relatable ways.
- Action Step: Practice sharing a personal testimony.
4. Serving Others with Compassion
- Yeshua washing the disciples’ feet (John 13:14-15).
- Identifying areas of need in the local community.
- Action Step: Organize a service project (e.g., feeding the homeless, visiting the sick).
5. Healing and Praying for Others
- The healing ministry of Yeshua: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
- The power of prayer and intercession.
- Action Step: Participate in prayer ministry or visit those who need encouragement.
6. Making Disciples
- Yeshua’s call to disciple others (Matthew 28:19-20).
- Mentoring and walking alongside others in their faith journey.
- Action Step: Identify one person to disciple or mentor.
7. Living with Boldness and Humility
- Yeshua’s balance of boldness and humility in confronting injustice and loving others.
- How to stand for truth with grace.
- Action Step: Engage in outreach or advocacy for a cause aligned with Biblical values.
8. Building a Legacy of Ministry
- Encouraging multiplication: equipping others to carry on the ministry.
- Staying connected to the Holy Spirit for guidance and empowerment.
- Action Step: Plan a congregation-led event that embodies Yeshua’s ministry.
9. Utilizing Biblical Key Resources
- Bible Passages for Study: Matthew 5-7, John 13-17, Luke 10:25-37.
- Books/Devotionals: "The Cost of Discipleship" by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, "What Would Jesus Do?" by Charles M. Sheldon.
- Practical Tools: Community needs assessment, prayer journaling, mentorship guides.
10. Expected Outcomes
- Understanding of Yeshua’s ministry.
- Actively live out His teachings in daily life.
- Impact their community through love, service, and discipleship.
- Empower others to follow in Yeshua’s footsteps.
- Most importantly to hear Yeshua say, “Well done good and faithful servant.”

Pastor Henry Gusa
grew up in the Detroit area. He felt the calling of God in his life at age 6.
Pastor Henry is the senior pastor at Yeshua’s Prayer Temple.
He graduated from Faith Evangelistic Christian Schools & Seminary the Detroit Extension of Faith Baptist College Seminary. In 2003 he received a Bachelor’s

grew up in the Detroit area. He felt the calling of God in his life at age 6.
Pastor Henry is the senior pastor at Yeshua’s Prayer Temple.
He graduated from Faith Evangelistic Christian Schools & Seminary the Detroit Extension of Faith Baptist College Seminary. In 2003 he received a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education. In 2005 he received and earned (M.Div.) Masters) of Divinity. Also, he graduated from Dorsey Culinary Academy in
2010. He soon was promoted to a Sous-Chef.
He is the head Chef at “The Village Café “on Shalom Street in Deerwoods Village at Yeshua’s Prayer Temple.
Our Temple offers a comprehensive educational weekly bible study program for children and adults. From Hebrew school to adult education bible classes, we provide opportunities for learning and growth at every stage of life.
